You will need to download and unzip the folder to access all of your files.

One size is included:

+ 8.5” x 11” letter

+ To fit in perfectly in a 7” x 9” planner, print pages at 82% page size in the print settings.

The files you receive will have no watermarks on them. The design of the planner can NOT be edited, however the planner pages marked FORM have fillable form fields that you can fill out electronically before printing using Adobe Reader.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

The perfect go-to reference sheet for posting on your fridge or leaving with your sitter. Important emergency numbers ( poison control, police, fire, hospital) are highlighted at the top. Room for 2 emergency contacts, your child(ren)'s info, and other important contacts (doctor, dentist, insurance and vet). Record the location of other important info your sitter may need as well, like the breaker panel, or emergency cash. Sign this paper to give permission for your sitter/nanny to take a child for emergency care if needed.

NANNY AGREEMENT

Make a contract for your nanny to keep track of hours they will work, their hourly rates, and any paid time off. Be sure to make note of expectations of their time at your home, such as light housekeeping, pet care, or meal prep.

THE LITTLES

You can fill out this info sheet to keep track of each child's age, favorites, allergies, any medications they're taking and any extra useful info. There is also a spot to include a picture of each child - very helpful for first-time sitters who may not know your children yet! The sheet has room for 2 children and 2 are included. Just print extras if you have more than 4 kids. :) If you're filling it out electronically and printing, you can upload photos by clicking on the little image icon before printing.

SCHOOL DETAILS

Kiddos in school? Make sure the sitter/nanny knows all of the pertinent school-related info, including transportation times and locations!

SCHEDULE DETAILS

Let the sitter/nanny know what your child(ren) need to eat while they're there. Also leave info about naps and bedtime and info about playtime activities/rules. There is plenty of room to record extra notes here. Let the sitter/nanny know where you'll be and when you will be returning.

This page gives you space to record your pet's pertinent info, vaccination info, veterinarian contact info, and also lets the sitter/nanny know when your pet needs to eat, potty and play! If you're a pet sitter, this is a great form to give your clients to collect the pertinent info that you need.
